Terms and Conditions and Returns

When we start working with you we will provide an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) which will outline and clarify any terms and conditions relating to your order.

While we take every opportunity to make sure you are happy with your order, mishaps may happen and we will do what we can to make this right.

Pop Creative Corporate Account Terms & Conditions:

This agreement becomes binding when accepted by Pop Creative, either through signing the order form or at the time of delivery or invoicing of any part of the items ordered. All payments must be made in advance via Check, ACH, or credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A service fee of 3.5% applies to credit card payments.

Corporate Gifting Accounts: Available only to approved businesses, which may take 2-5 business days for approval. Businesses must disclose their nature, location, and intended use of purchases during the approval process. Logos or graphics must be supplied in .ai or .eps format.

Custom Orders: Lead times for custom orders range from 2-6 weeks following the approval of proofs and receipt of prepayment. Rushed production may be available for an additional fee, subject to product availability.

Purchases are dependent on stock levels at the time of order placement. Requests for specific items and price agreements are assessed individually.

Shipping & Delivery: Pop Creative is not liable for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or other shipping-related issues. Once an order is processed, no returns or refunds are allowed.

Payment Terms: The initial three orders require a valid credit card. Customers must update any changes in credit card details. Upon eligibility, net 30-day payment terms might be approved, subject to credit reference checks. A valid credit card must remain on file. For orders on 30-day terms, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date, and a 50% deposit might be required based on the order’s size and scope.

Pop Creative may process payments via credit card for any account exceeding 45 days overdue, and reserves the right to cancel any pending orders or refuse shipments to accounts with overdue balances.

Only authorized representatives can alter payment terms, under written consent from Pop Creative’s finance department, president, or owner. Pop Creative reserves the right to require prepayment and to approve or reject account applications at its discretion.
